GO SATIN AND SILK
Always wash your pillowcases frequently! If possible, try to get silk or satin pillowcases. These materials cause less friction between your skin and the pillowcase.

CLEAN YOUR FACE
Not taking off your makeup before sleep can cause pore-clogging, and we all know what that means: breakouts. No one likes those! If you have the bad habit of just going to bed with your makeup on, try stashing a pack of makeup remover wipes next to your bed.

HUMIDIFIER
Try using a humidifier to keep yourself hydrated at night. I find this to be especially useful during the winter, since my skin gets a lot drier.

SLEEP ON YOUR BACK
When you sleep on one side, you can get more set-in wrinkles on that particular side. Sleeping on your back can help keep wrinkles at bay!

MOISTURIZE BABY!
Regardless of your age, this is one of the surefire ways to get prettier while you sleep. Use an anti-aging night cream, preferably one that contains hyaluronic acid.
